How much ever we dedicate ourselves to the job. Management doesn't consider our requests at times. Though you are a fantastic employee company don't bother consider their problems. For women employees this is not a best company I would say. But for males it's good

Probably they need to consider women employees problems and provide solutions to help them to manage work life balance

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
