Good for work life balance, but management expects to extend hours to increase the productivity of the organization.

Dislikes

Not an MNC as it claims to be. No promotions or not good salary hike. Salary not paid on time, suffer if you have EMI date before 5th of every month. Variable pay gets delayed.

As it is a staffing company and I must say that your salary would be credited between 1-3 every month unlike other staffing companies which takes upto 7days.

Management is out of alignment and communication gap is huge between employees and POC/Managers.

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer.
