🔹 Position: IT Recruiter (Oracle & SAP Hiring)
🔹 Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office)
🔹 Experience: 2-4 years in IT recruitment (Oracle & SAP focus)

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for Oracle and SAP roles (developers, consultants, architects, etc.)
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates with expertise in Oracle and SAP technologies
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and ensure the best fit
Use LinkedIn, job boards, and other platforms to find high-quality talent
Facilitate smooth interviews, feedback cycles, and offer negotiations

🔹 What We’re Looking For:
2-4 years of experience in IT recruitment, with a focus on Oracle and SAP roles
Strong understanding of Oracle and SAP technologies, with the ability to assess technical skills
Proven success in sourcing and closing IT candidates in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
