Job Title: Domestic technical Recruiter
Location: Sector-63, Noida
Company: Tanisha Systems Pvt Ltd
Job Type: 9.15 AM - 6.15 PM
Key Responsibilities:
Must be well-versed in core IT technologies such as (list relevant examples, e.g., Java, .NET, Cloud Computing, SAP, Oracle and other ERP etc.).
Should have 2-4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment processes, especially for technical roles.
Expertise in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates using various platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, social media etc.
Strong understanding of technical job requirements to match candidates effectively.
Identify and source qualified candidates for domestic roles.
Conduct initial screening and interviews.
Coordinate the hiring process with hiring managers.
Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates.
Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices.
Requirements:
Proven experience in recruitment or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
