Management, Process are not employee friendly, they will push you to work on weekends as well, no growth opportunity as there are 2-3 clients. Attitude and behaviour of management towards employees is poor. There is a bond of 1 year which you need to sign before joining and they will put you in a position so thag you might resign within 1 year and en up paying that bond fee to the company.
