they hold salaries if someone wants to leave the company. they dont have any direct client so that someone can meets the target. they lies everytime they speaks. in RPO department girls not safe because of the manager. if someone dare to speak they shutdown the employees mouth by putting various technique of sufferings and they treats to destroy the carrier. The HR makes it sure that ex-employees never get a job due to their heavily negative feedback to the new company. Don't work in RPO Of this organisation Zero job security, they copy all your linkedin data and put you in another team for a week then they put you into PIP and in PIP they will set a target which even they can't achive like "they will assign rare position Sr. architect and Sr. manager level onsite and after for 7 submission that too if you are trying to submit 50% target which is 3 submition . They are not going to accept the third one because in this organisation PIP mean termination.. thats how it works thats what I have seen in 9 months from other employees as well .....Read More
