I wish our company allow us to utilize online portals for sourcing candidates. I believe this would increase efficiency expand our reach and enable us to attract top talent more effectively

In consultancy I did my first job, I learned so many things, I adapt how to talk with candidates and help them out for job as well I develop good communication, interpersonal skills and time management . Teammates were supportive. I develop my soft skill

Dislikes

Basic salary were too low only it I depends on incentive, No PF were cutting,unsystematic salary process were there as well as they do not provide experience letter and salary slip . There were deduction in salary if I took any one or half day holiday.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting. I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. In first month I achieved good incentives.
