There is no job security, and you can't develop your skills either. If you're a fresher, don't join there. After you're selected in an interview, they only take you as an intern. After the three-month internship, only then do they consider you as a company employee. Otherwise, they simply allocate a trainer for you, who only comes after the job is completed.
