No worklife balance,company gone in insolvency in India so Ricoh direct company in India,company has no increment since 2017,Only dealers are taken care in existing customers.very low salary,100 percent no job security.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
