The company exhibits a concerning pattern of frequent, impulsive decision-making by the CEO, often without thorough consideration or consultation. This has resulted in a volatile atmosphere characterized by a hire-and-fire policy that lacks consistency and transparency. Moreover, there's a notable tendency to recruit individuals with limited experience, particularly from universities, without providing adequate training or professional development opportunities. It appears that there have been significant changes within the organization since the arrival of the CEO in India, resulting in terminations, layoffs, and voluntary departures due to shifts in the office environment and the CEO's dominant nature<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Prior to these changes, the company maintained timely reimbursement and salary payments, indicating financial stability</mark>. However, the reasons provided for layoffs contradicted the ongoing hiring activities, leading to confusion among employees. They have Hire and Fire work culture. Everything is depended on CEO mood. They have played with freshers career .Hire in campus drive and then fire them before they can complete 1 year in the organization with reason like no project etc. If no project then why gain do campus hiring in Dehardun and hire 20 employeesound-color: #fff5e4;">. Last week 30 employees got laid off and few of them have not got salary also </mark>. They mention that they will give 3 months salary but they will never pay it.
