Moreover, there's a notable tendency to recruit individuals with limited experience, particularly from universities, without providing adequate training or professional development opportunities. It appears that there have been significant changes within the organization since the arrival of the CEO in India, resulting in terminations, layoffs, and voluntary departures due to shifts in the office environment and the CEO's dominant nature. Prior to these changes, the company maintained timely reimbursement and salary payments, indicating financial stability. However, the reasons provided for layoffs contradicted the ongoing hiring activities, leading to confusion among employees. Micromanagement is pervasive throughout the organization, with the CEO's involvement extending into various operational aspects, including marketing, finance, and day-to-day operations. This not only stifles autonomy but also contributes to a lack of trust and autonomy among employees. 1) Hire and Fire Policy: They keep on hire and fire. They have ruined so many careers and they don’t care about the work. They will fire you for silly reasons (like not going to office party, not greeting morning, and evening) in general if you will not dance on their music you will be fired. 2) They will not allow you to take notice period, if you resign you will be released in a day without salary. They find ways to put you on Pip and fire you afterwards.
