I appreciate the recognition of employees based on their work performance, timely reimbursement and salary disbursement, and the employment of genuine managers who prioritize the well-being and growth of their teams.
Dislikes
The company exhibits a concerning pattern of frequent, impulsive decision-making by the CEO, often without thorough consideration or consultation.
This has resulted in a volatile atmosphere characterized by a hire-and-fire policy that lacks consistency and transparency. Moreover, there's a notable tendency to recruit individuals with limited experience, particularly from universities, without providing adequate training or professional development opportunities.
It appears that there have been significant changes within the organization since the arrival of the CEO in India, resulting in terminations, layoffs, and voluntary departures due to shifts in the office environment and the CEO's dominant nature. Prior to these changes, the company maintained timely reimbursement and salary payments, indicating financial stability. However, the reasons provided for layoffs contradicted the ongoing hiring activities, leading to confusion among employees.
Micromanagement is pervasive throughout the organization, with the CEO's involvement extending into various operational aspects, including marketing, finance, and day-to-day operations. This not only stifles autonomy but also contributes to a lack of trust and autonomy among employees. Additionally, office politics are prevalent, undermining collaboration and fostering a divisive work environment.

Provides Independence to the employees to work the way they want, Team Lead is exceptionally great.
Dislikes
Job Security is Terrible one day HR will come up with a list of Candidates to be fired and it's tough to
predict when and how long one is going to stay in the firm.
