It appears that there have been significant changes within the organization since the arrival of the CEO in India, resulting in terminations, layoffs, and voluntary departures due to shifts in the office environment and the CEO's dominant nature. Prior to these changes, the company maintained timely reimbursement and salary payments, indicating financial stability.
