Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..

Both of them (Kolkata office) are busy in Women Empowering scheme (Female gossips), Patronizing Top Bosses , only consider the matter of their Close association. The lady currently Head of Export and Domestic operations (Kolkata) She knows nothing about Export business. She loves PNPC in office rather than working. Due to her Nepotism work culture almost finished after her come back in 2021. She created history in RHI India by destroying all DATA once she left with her "Favourite Boss". This lady and HR closely associated and they adopted retrenchment policy with false alligation against those "Who are not their Association member"....Read More
