Work environment, there is a new stage called as Implementation team.. Juniors or college freshers give task to developers and connect with client also without having good knowledge about how much time or how much effort would be required. Then they sit on developers head to finish the task quickly for this they are paid.

The CEO is highly unprofessional and creates an extremely toxic work environment. He treats employees as though they are disposable and demands unrealistic levels of productivity. Employees are often threatened during meetings, and job security is nonexistent. If you have another offer, they will enforce a 90-day notice period; if not, they may let you go on the spot. The HR department is ineffective and simply follows the CEO’s commands without question. In the software team, Pavan is the only one who stands out as reasonable and competent; the company owes its survival to him. Don't expect any salary increases after joining.
