Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.Company policies are good, appraisals are average and they give good salary and bonus.

Dislikes

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 1 year before which you cannot resign. Lack of good cafeteria and canteen with proper management.

Nothing, there are no social distance in the work promises, no senitzer facilities, and some of there not wearing mask and when I said plz ware a mask so they shouted on us

Poor management. No stability of anything, Everyday rules are changing according to feasibility of the management Change job timing as per their own mood, just like tuition classes and They will treat you like studen.Not following any safety precautions for covid-19.they don't have a manners to treat their employee. not take leave if we have a leave balance and take a leave (sick leave) so thay ask about every documents if we have normal fever and if we not given prof they ask to apply leave without pay. And they are interference in our personal life if we are uploaded any type of status team lead discuss with manager about our social site status there are no personal life in this division. have face Partiality many times in personal as well as proffesional work.Politics at workplace and fake commitments(specially team lead)....Read More

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
