I have been working at resource pro for over a month now and I can confidently say that it is one of the best companies i have worked for. The management team is supportive and approachable, and they truly care about their employee's well being. The company culture is inclusive and diverse, and there are ample opportunities for growth and development. Hi everyone, I need guidance in choosing the right career path. I have a B.Com and an MBA (HR & Finance) but struggled to find a suitable job. I started as a Business Development Executive (Sales, 6 months, 3 LPA, Bengaluru), then worked as an Accounts Executive but left due to health issues and location constraints (2 months). Later, I joined as a Process Associate in an insurance company, but it lacks growth, a good package, and relevance to my field. Now, I want to switch careers. Should I choose HR, Finance, or transition into IT (Data Analyst/Business Analyst)? Please suggest the best path, job roles, and courses needed to secure a job quickly. Looking forward to your guidance!
