Work culture is bad. Management is very bad to understand people issues. Work life balance is very pathetic.

I have been working at resource pro for over a month now and I can confidently say that it is one of the best companies i have worked for. The management team is supportive and approachable, and they truly care about their employee's well being. The company culture is inclusive and diverse, and there are ample opportunities for growth and development. Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
