Long work hours...if you are travelling from some other place to office.. better to stay nearby.
As the processes are newly shifted from China..no proper training and proper planning of training provided by company. Top management should focus on this..
Likes: Nothing Dislikes: Its one of the worst company i have ever seen, they had call us for the interview and have taken the assessment post which they have never responded us, called multiple times and sent emails as well, they just want to waste the time of candidates, its the worst hiring and recruitment team i have ever seen in my career of 10 years.
