Hi everyone,
I need guidance in choosing the right career path. I have a B.Com and an MBA (HR & Finance) but struggled to find a suitable job.
I started as a Business Development Executive (Sales, 6 months, 3 LPA, Bengaluru), then worked as an Accounts Executive but left due to health issues and location constraints (2 months). Later, I joined as a Process Associate in an insurance company, but it lacks growth, a good package, and relevance to my field.
Now, I want to switch careers. Should I choose HR, Finance, or transition into IT (Data Analyst/Business Analyst)? Please suggest the best path, job roles, and courses needed to secure a job quickly.
