Work culture was good for a couple of years in the organisation, they used to offer a corporate cab facility to travel to clients' locations and provides some good training in the initial years.

Dislikes

Most senior management was not well versed and don't have much experience in handling large teams. The organisation was keen to start an office during a pandemic and they were insisting employees work in the office even during a pandemic, they offered a contract of 5 years for working and appraisal was worst like peanut.

Very slow development and progress. Decision making takes too much time and not very logical at times. The contract period of 3 yesrs vs 5 years is confusing and doesn't provide any clarity to employees beforehand. The contract renewal terms are not clearly defined either.

Good work life balance Typical govt work culture and strong influence of IT dept of RBI in daily work. Location can be changed anytime from juinagar to any RBI office and that makes it difficult to travel. Limited learning opportunities for BA in domain as most projects are quite generic

Micro management , contractual agreements for 5 years only , Favouritism are the issue. CEO himself violating many companies rule by hiring his known people by skipping interview process ,and the same is happening at lower level also. Organisation is asking to put resignation if employee's health is not good.
