If It's about Research Nester Pvt. Ltd then I would it's a worst company I had ever worked. They management is very poor, not at all co-operative. Now they have hired a HR who is just a fresher and even don't know how to make salary and she even don't how much amount should be credited to whom's account. No job security nothing. Totally terrible company.

I worked there more than a year and they are just totally Terible. There are only 2 people in the so called management. I'll not disclose the name as it's policy. They even don't understand ones problem. They just know only one thing that is how to fire employees, how to deduct their salaries, how to defame then that's it.

The only good thing is that it's WFH. Otherwise it does not offer any benefits.

Dislikes

There are no proper policies for employee protection, suddenly they aak to work on weekend.Not a single single weekend I was free, every weekend I was completing my work during my 1 year of service. There are no comp off and no proper HR policies, always threat given for layoff. So I will never recommend this.

I joined this company as a fresher and i must say in 4 years of timeframe, i have been recognized to be Asst Manager in operations. Although, i see certain issues since its a permanent work from home. Major issues falls around target completion but i feel if company pays salary on time, appraisals are decent, job security is top-most, frequent trainings if someone is willing to learn etc. then company expects decent output as well. I was going through some of the comments that i laughed about and compelled me to write something that i felt in last 4 years. Majority of the comments are from employees who have absconded or from people who failed to clear PIP. Here, i would advise to HR that hirings has to be changed from Pune based companies where no policy and management in place. This is making difficult for me as well since i have come across many comments (clearly identifiable) who have been given enough time to improve!!...Read More
