I joined this company as a fresher and i must say in 4 years of timeframe, i have been recognized to be Asst Manager in operations. Although, i see certain issues since its a permanent work from home. Major issues falls around target completion but i feel if company pays salary on time, appraisals are decent, job security is top-most, frequent trainings if someone is willing to learn etc. then company expects decent output as well. I was going through some of the comments that i laughed about and compelled me to write something that i felt in last 4 years. Majority of the comments are from employees who have absconded or from people who failed to clear PIP. Here, i would advise to HR that hirings has to be changed from Pune based companies where no policy and management in place.
