Young company, so there's a lot they're doing and attempting to do within the space of corporate reporting. There's a learning curve at least in the short-term, therefore.

Dislikes

Agency lifestyle, so during peak season (5-6 months a year), you've to be locked in, which includes extra hours on most days in addition to 6-day work weeks. If you find a good team dynamic, it's not too bad.

- Very niche market, annual report design is quite interesting to get into - fun and supportive colleagues - good room for growth and promotions if you enjoy the hustle - strong growth of this company, and getting paid regularly on time
