Long working hours. Due to the industry's specific nature, employees work for extended hours, which sometimes results in burnout or fatigue.

Likes

Working here provides great creative freedom and the chance to work on high quality reports. Its a fantastic place to gain valuable experience, especially with big clients. Creative environment consistently challenges and inspires one by interacting with talented teammates from renowned institutes like IIT and NID.

Dislikes

Work-life balance can be challenging during peak seasons, which is common in the industry. The nature of the work can be demanding with tight deadlines but it offers valuable experience in managing client expectations and navigating high pressure situation.

Likes

At Report Yak, the best part is the freedom you get as a designer. There's so much room to experiment and push creative boundaries in the publishing industry. I've worked on a variety of high-quality reports, and it's been a great learning experience. The collaboration within the team is also a standout - everyone is focused on delivering the best results, and there's a real sense of teamwork. You really feel like you're growing professionally here.

Dislikes

During the peak season, the mental pressure is real. The workload can pile up fast, and you often find yourself working late almost every night, which leads to overwork and burnout.

Likes

Reportyak is a growing company that allows each individual to explore and learn as much as they can under great expertise. I have been working in the organisation for years now, and trust me, I have enjoyed working every year with different challenges and learnings, like flexibility during hectic work hours and the appreciation we get once the project is over.

Dislikes

The only dislike is that I think leaves for a few festivals are few.
