The HR function in ReNew found unapproachable and unresponsive. The exit process, in particular, has been frustratingly lengthy and cumbersome, despite being online through the e-portal. The biggest issue is that function heads rarely respond or provide approval for NOC in a timely manner, requiring us to follow up with them repeatedly over the phone to check the portal and grant approval.
