I think the company should talk to its lower departments and take their suggestions on how we can move the company forward and where we can bring the project and how we can work on it.

The company should take its guest house in such a place from where it is easy to access everything and the market and all these things are nearby for the children and the employees as well.

HR when they cancel interview never bother to tell or inform people in advance. She will cancel it a minute ago and will not pick up your call. The spineless, gutless , hypocrite people sitting in top management who don't have a face to show their ugly face on camera , reject interviewees on a straightforward lie that interviewees camera is not on...even when you change place place or you wifi connection is also ok. They still says so...and they are lying openly you can read that in HR's face expression ( who by mistake had its camera on) . What a dirty culture it would be & what an ugly work environment they will be providing you can detect early.
