I feel proud to be a part of this company as its name is well known in catering business. As this is my new field in facility management and i have learnt a lot, got training which enhance my knowledge and carrier in this field. The working environment is also good all the colleagues are helpful and friendly which comes from different places and culture, its good to know about them and their culture & language. Salary increment policy is not effective, appraisals are also not done fairly, after this COVID-19 segregation of camp the work pressure is also very high.

Work Details

I am working as a HSE officer in BP Khazzan. My daily routine job is to monitor the workplace and the staffs to ensure everybody is following the procedure and working safely. Educate them through the training and intervene and correct them in the spot.
