The company policies are good but the mode of work is very very bad and it's very horrible.when they hire the candidate they say very good company and way work is super but when you will the company means it's totally different.its totally mismatch to yours job role there is no proper solution for every prob operation team is very bad and delivery are very delay for an a months there is no proper solution and response from the operation team and at the same time from the higher officials also and here there is no proper work balance each and every thing should have to handle sales officer apart not his work for your kind information here sales officer should need to collect the payments and credit over due payment also and there is no growth in the position and there is no hike from the the company I have work from since three years but there is no growth in the salary and position so plz kindly think about your career and take the decision when you goin to join.
