Anyone can learn new things from others without any hesitation.

Dislikes

HR totally dump. No action taken even female employee complaints. Not bothering employee situations. No variable payout regularly it comes twice or thrice a year. Don't agree all statement while joining. Work-life balance totally worst. One team doing sat and sun other support team comes just like coming to resort.

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
