We can learn more things here deeply and it helps you a lot. One of the largest data centers in India you'll find. Work environment is good and very healthy atmosphere inside the campus and with colleagues too. But, one thing you'll not get is any benefits or incentives or increments in salaries from the company.

Dislikes

👎 Salary. You'll not get your PLI or any benefits or increments. Even if you're working for years and years, there'll be no increment in your salary.

Work Details

The job is good. All my team mates were cooperative. There was no proper training. I learnt lot of things while working with them.

Work days: Rotational Shift (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! I’m looking for career shift Help will be appreciated. Current role Project engineer handling projects related to environmental compliance. FYI
