You will get to work on a lot of new technologies good start for freshers, the company also has the policy to reimburse one certification per year.

Salary - Good

Dislikes

Be prepared to be working on multiple projects even though you have entire billing for just one project, not extending work hours and refusing to work on weekends is seen as taboo here. Only join if you are desperately looking for a job and absolutely refrain if you are a mid to senior-level employee.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved. I need your advice on if I should ask same 28 LPA or look for 10-20% hike?
