Companies have not having any goal as they are switching their technologies from .Net to java and other anytime according to the projects. Managers are suspended by the management. I dont find any liable person there. Never sugeest anyone and also no increment given even after 1.9 years

Dislikes

No increment as they dont have any policies. No technical Manager or director to manage company. Near future only may be call center will be left. They outsource their project and take candidate to handle outsource companies.

I am software engineer there and handing the projects given to clients. Development will done only very small modules or small project are there like 3 - 4 pages.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
