Nothing is good. when they hire they informed that the job role would be customer support only we need address the issues via call it is not like selling or marketing. But when started working they asked for booking conversion and we need to like do marketing their product to the customer.They wanted to convince the customer. Internal team politics is there. Not a good team work environment and micro management is there. No facilities for the employees who are doing early morning and night shifts.
