Work Details

I did all HR activities learns alot but this is the end. I did not get the opportunity to improve myself. Heavy work load and late salary payment affects motivation of work. But no doubt due to heavy work load I learns alot.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
