I didn't like working there. MD was good to talk & I learned from her new things.

Dislikes

I didn't like work culture, and I don't like the HR behaviour, she don't know how to deal with there employees. No proper bonding. Sometimes HR call us on Sunday for extra work but didn't got extra salary for that day.

I didn't like working there.

Dislikes

The HR and the Managing Director are not good at all. Both of them, don't know how to talk with people and employees. Also they don't care if you worked or not, they will cut your half or more salary, just because you did not send the HR and MD a mail about your Log In and Log Out timings. They will also make you work on Sundays and won't give extra salary for that.

Work Details

There was no actual work and was not of my level at all. Everything was about making social media post. The thing is that they will ask about Photoshop in interview and when you start working they will tell you to use Canva.

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
