I worked as an HR Recruiter and during my tenure I have got good opportunities to learn but there are lot of politics. No job security at all. They running the company on hire & fire motto.

Poor administration, worst work culture, no proper work timings, no specific shift time for ladies if task not completed or ad-hoc task came even it 10 or 12pm also they should work.
