Excellent job security we have with the organisation and currently the management understands the current situation based on this they are helping all the associates by monetary benefits. The policies have been reframed and currently its more towards employee friendly and luckiest part is it’s helping job seekers indirectly we are providing job opportunities for people who are looking for change

As an associate of Ray Business Technologies, I've very good experience in working here. Working hours are flexible and however sometimes need to work for longer but not always. All the teams are friendly & collaborative.

No job security. Bond for 3 years. Low Salary. Poor Infrastructure. Poor Vehicle parking area. Poor pantry area. No variable pay. No indoor/outdoor games facilities. Long working hours.

CEO vision and good place for freshers to learn excellent skill

Poor administration, worst work culture, no proper work timings, no specific shift time for ladies if task not completed or ad-hoc task came even it 10 or 12pm also they should work. Worst HR team manager driven HR team No proper chairs you will definitely get back pain and we need to fight to find a good chair No tissue papers in washroom if we ask they simply says resources are not aware how to use tissue how sad it was...Read More
