Very Bad work place. Mental harrasment work culture.plant management is good but higher management is bad. There is no any fix policy it will change as per time.12 hrs shift, No canteen facility.

There is no any fix working plan. All departments head are non technical.higher Management does not address plant issue & Staff issue.no any training given to staff. means career growth is very slow.

Quality manager have no knowledge about anything they just don’t aware about basic quality norms If you think join this company congratulations you joining hell And manager not giving you single day of leave and he enjoying Saturday sunday and 7 day leave

There used to be salry on time, but as of now, even OT is not being credited. This is factory going as low as possible.

Dislikes

No canteen, Long Travel, Compulsory OT/double shift, 100% manual operations, sometimes no water in toilets.. its pathetic. In short, Lala factory with big MNC type name to lure people. On average, 1 person resigns every month due to terrible/toxic working conditions. 8 people resigned within 6 months in 2024. Beware.
