- No training ... if you some thing then it will be used by the company . No investment for learning - Job security is minimum. Seen people getting fired up without my approval (me being the manager) - You have to work like horse . I being very senior the company had to slog a lot . - seing above thing you can understand , how much i like the company

If someone is very determined to screw up their career, kindly consider Rapidflow Apps. They will do the honors. Completely unprofessional bunch of people. This company is just run by a couple of people, who treat employees as tissue papers. They will use you and throw you out. They will throw you out anytime and one should be prepared for it. If an employee voluntarily quits, they will make sure to make his life hell. He/she will lose his/her peace of mind. They harass you mentally. Never ever fall into this trap. We have to work 24/7. They wont give a designation after probation period and they will extend the probation for which is actually 6 months. You have to work on weekend there wont be any comp off's or OT's
