I like the idea of Fun Friday in which different kinds of fun activities are being held which is a very good initiative by the company. I also like the idea of 1st and 3rd Saturday week off which provides the time to spend with your family and dear ones which can be the best example of work life balance. Work environment is very impressive. Team Support, team leaders are always available for help. Work pressure is less with lots of learning. For a fresher to work as a developer this place will be full of oppurtuinities.

There is no company politics yet, hence provides a neutral environment but any idea for the future? As I am a fresher, for me there is some difficulties to handle professional life and personal life... but learning. The main thing I like about Raneso is the environment I am working in, The work culture is here is good with flexibility to take leave and work. The management is very good , they are supportive and always cheers employees. The one thing I like about here is the family environment I am working in. The other benefits such as weekly party and outing is done regularly.
