A good working environment, policies are made to give proper judgments & all(hence, it's Good), Managements are too good, Members are cool and with friendly nature. Totally, I have amazing experience.

There is no company politics yet, hence provides a neutral environment but any idea for the future? As I am a fresher, for me there is some difficulties to handle professional life and personal life... but learning. Learned so many things related to the work as well as the other companies (their working environment and all , frommy seniors and colleges). So, I think, good ideas from MNC's should be implemented.
