The work culture is good, seniors are very supportive, and they guide whenever needed. Management is good, they listen to your problems and try to resolve them. The behavior of people is good.

Dislikes

The work time starts from 8 am so I have to wake up early, but it is also beneficial for me, now I have a habit of waking up early.

Likes

It is an amazing experience working here! All the team members are very supportive and maintains a very good work environment. They have long term mission and vision that is the reason why Raneso is growing tremendously. The company policies are also very good and there is no one as supportive and inspiring as the Director and HR of Raneso. One of the best thing is they hire freshers too and provides a wonderful opportunity to learn and grow in their career.

Dislikes

The company is not providing hot drinks in winter or cold drinks in summer. I think they should have these facilities for their relentlessly working employees.

I like the idea of Fun Friday in which different kinds of fun activities are being held which is a very good initiative by the company. I also like the idea of 1st and 3rd Saturday week off which provides the time to spend with your family and dear ones which can be the best example of work life balance. The work environment is very good. Whether it comes to management or employees, all are very helpful and supportive.

As of now, I don't think so there is any dislikes about this company.

Work environment is very impressive. Team Support, team leaders are always available for help. Work pressure is less with lots of learning. For a fresher to work as a developer this place will be full of oppurtuinities.
