It provides salary on time. The top management from the Head Office is good. Job Security is great.

Dislikes

The site level management like project heads are not cooperative and sometimes incompetent. Site level people are not well versed about their responsibility. Workflow is very poor. Increment and promotions depend on the willingness of the project head. Though Pms cycle is present but project head's recommended person who are close to him for promotion and appraisal to the top management. For this promotion the growth of employees get supressed. Site level sinior employees underestimate and discriminate with the junior level employees.
