Finance/Accountant Officer

Role & responsibilities

Bookkeeping:

   * Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records using accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, etc.)

   * Record day-to-day financial transactions (sales, purchases, expenses, etc.)

   * Bank reconciliation

   * Prepare and maintain general ledger entries

   * Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes

 Taxation:

   * Prepare and file income tax returns for individuals and businesses

   * Ensure compliance with income tax regulations

   * Assist with tax audits and assessments

  GST:

   * Prepare and file monthly/quarterly GST returns

   * Reconcile GST input tax credit

   * Ensure compliance with GST regulations

 Other:

   * Assist in preparing financial statements

   * Generate and analyze financial reports

   * Assist with internal audits

   * Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned
