It provides salary on time. The top management from the Head Office is good. Job Security is great.

Dislikes

The site level management like project heads are not cooperative and sometimes incompetent. Site level people are not well versed about their responsibility. Workflow is very poor. Increment and promotions depend on the willingness of the project head. Though Pms cycle is present but project head's recommended person who are close to him for promotion and appraisal to the top management. For this promotion the growth of employees get supressed. Site level sinior employees underestimate and discriminate with the junior level employees. After working of 3 years employees are still called trainee and organizational behaviour and communication affects simultaneously with junior employees.

i like to work with re sustainability because this company give on time salary, Safety training, Appraisal ,Insurance and company always give support any situation eg. Corona time company was given all PPE and Financial support .

Monopoly decisions are observed in increments and work related decisions. HR won't listen to employees and they take the decisions given by manager. Toxic work environment.

Dislikes

They don't give you F&F settlement on last day of relieving. We need to beg for letters and f&f, and amount for serving notice and leaves don't ask just think you have put money in donation for them. DGM level is keeping egos and stopping f&f and letters is the worst scenario i have faced. Salary will be given high only for new recruits old employees let them be there no problem.
