It provides salary on time. The top management from the Head Office is good. Job Security is great.

Dislikes

The site level management like project heads are not cooperative and sometimes incompetent. Site level people are not well versed about their responsibility. Workflow is very poor. Increment and promotions depend on the willingness of the project head. Though Pms cycle is present but project head's recommended person who are close to him for promotion and appraisal to the top management. For this promotion the growth of employees get supressed. Site level sinior employees underestimate and discriminate with the junior level employees. I like to working of an other departments. In this organisation we have a work freedom for learning of other departments and so many regulatory and statutory companies. I improve my knowledge about what are policies are applicable to an employee. Here every month has a learning classes are there and all the employees are share their knowledge through this schedule.

Horrific work culture The Office Politics is too much. Zero Skill Development in the company. If you give your suggestion or correction in the seniors related to the work you will be cornered and passive mental abuse will be started against you.
