1. No work life balance. 2. Works are not being assigned as per KRA. 3. Iltreatment of site Senior Staff at site by not providing them with vehicle to reach site from railway station and vice versa, whereas other junior staff enjoys to get the previlages. 4. Nepotism in full fledge. Irrespective of being in Senior position needs is forced to follow instructions of the Juniors who are having good tuning with Senior Management. 5. Expenses incurred on account of Company's work are not reimbursed on regular basis. Being Seniors, need to be at the mercy of the Accounts person at site irrespective of his designation. 6. I being a Senior Manager Contracts was made to go to offices in order to submit letters which is a Peon's responsibility and even illtreated in case the submission is not done properly. 7. Senior Manager Contracts at site level are treated as spare person and are even meant to do the miscellaneous works like Document controlling and taking down notes during meeting for which is not at all of his concern. 8.
