Objective:

Responsible for P & L, operations, growth, compliance, and overall site operations to ensure business continuity.

Role & responsibilities

1. Prepare, communicate, and monitor the annual budget for the site(s) assigned

2. Planning, resource utilization & workforce management at the site.

3. Implement cost-saving measures to substantially reduce person-days, productioncosts, raw materials,
and energy consumption.

4. Establish and maintain liaison with external professional, business, financial, and governmental bodies relevant
to the operations. Stakeholder management, including PCB,
CPCB & MOEF

5. Implement safety, health, and environment ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OSHAS18001 (IMS).
6. Maintain & Monitor project MIS

7. Review, update and monitor the risk register for the site.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualification : BE/B. Tech/Post Graduation

With 12-20 years of experience in shop floor operations
