Position - Plant Head

Location - Roorkee

Experience - 18+ years

Qualification - B. Pharm / M.Sc. / M. Pharm

Area - Manufacturing, Packaging and Warehousing.

Preference: Candidate must be from Pharma Industry.

Job Description :

1. Plant operational Management at Roorkee site.

2. Delivering the quality products to the market.

3. Responsible for optimizing productivity by effective utilization of resources.

4. Ensure validation of manufacturing process, product parameters in coordination with F&D department.

5. Ensure implementation of Environmental Health and Safety measures at site.

6. To assess and implement necessary controls, discipline at site, and protect resources at site.

7 .Shall be responsible for the internal and external audits.

8. Shall be responsible for enhancing productivity and provide means for improving the same.

9. Shall be responsible for Manufacturing activities for Oral Solids and liquid products covering

Granulation, Compression, coating, primary and secondary packing; Liquid manufacturing

and primary and secondary packaging of General and Hormone blocks.

10. Maintain the cGMP standards in the manufacturing areas, packaging areas and warehouse

as per CDSCO and WHO guidelines.

11. Responsible for production planning and inventory control.

12. Responsible for documentation activities in the manufacturing areas and warehouse.

13. Responsible for the cleaning and upkeepment of the manufacturing areas and warehouse.

14. Responsible for the training of subordinates.

15. Responsible for maintaining the areas, equipments, documentation, cleanliness in the

manufacturing areas & warehouse and ensure that they are duly qualified, calibrated and in

good condition all the time.

16. Responsible for QMS covering investigations, RCA, CAPA, Complaints, Deviations and

Change controls.

17. Responsible for preparation, updation and implementation of SOPs and maintain the

records.

18. To appraise the plant management on daily basis by providing a daily report.
