Role & responsibilities

• Attendance management of site employees.
• Contract Labour management.
• Regular conduction of employee engagement activities.
• Facilities management, & infra management, i.e., Utilities, guest house management, help desk, ID card, Sim Card, Courier Services, Support Staff, Company vehicles MIS, Travel Desk, PR/ PO Process, External Stakeholders Management, Employee seating, Cost optimization, and Vendor Management.
• Security management and timely preparation, submission, and expense of admin budget at the site.
• Coordinate and liaise with Internal and External Stakeholders at Site.
• Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures, conduct, regular safety inspections, and ensure proper training and awareness programs are in place for employees.
• Coordinate and oversee maintenance and repair activities for the site facilities.
• Ensure admin policy implementation as per SLAs and conduct periodic audits.

Preferred candidate profile

Preferred candidate should have Site HR experience.

Only Male candidate preferred.

Should have good communication skills.

Should be fluent in Hindi and English.
