Role & responsibilities
- To implement HR & Admin policies in line with company standards.
- To fulfill the manpower requirements of the factory by recruitment and selection of manpower at various levels of management across diversified functions.
- To play a proactive role in ensuring harmonious industrial relations. Must be aware of all labor laws, and also oversee the strict adherence to the same.
- To carry out the worker's engagement and retention activities, to promote harmonious relations among workers, and thereby enhance productivity levels.
- To oversee the transactional activities related to talent management and also contribute and recommend transformational process improvement.
- To supervise the time office and attendance activities.
- Effective liasoning with government/semi - govt. authorities/ local bodies to ensure good public relations.
- To handle social & buyer compliance of the Hyderabad unit.
- Ability to lead a team of HR people for handling employee grievances, training, and development so as to control attrition, thereby enhancing productivity.
- Handling and completing the personnel records, including personal files.
- Handling the payroll (Company and Contractual) of the Sarai Unit.
- Coordination with the Contractor Representative for the supply of manpower.
- To carry out any other tasks assigned by the Management from time to time.
